Oven Roasted Smoky-Sweet BBQ Corn on the Cob

Putting a smoky-sweet spin on an already near perfect summertime BBQ side dish is always a tasty discovery.  Oven Roasted Smoky-Sweet BBQ Corn on the Cob is as easy to prepare as it is delicious. The smoky-sweet BBQ rub is a flavor boost with the right amount of balanced seasonings. I like the idea of adding a bit of water to the roasting pan and covering with a lid for a steam effect. It’s an extra step that enhances the roasting and seals in the flavor.
