1 cup Clamato juice

2 ounces vodka, optional
Fill glass half way with ice. If adding vodka, pour 2 ounces into the glass. Add Clamato juice, lemon juice, Pickapeppa sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and celery seed. Stir well to mix.
Optional spice: kick it up a notch with a generous splash of hot sauce
Garnish with spicy beans, celery stalk, or spicy okra.
